Our Company

History
Originally founded in 1963 as The King Arthur Realtors, we have always strived to exemplify our name. From top down we feel it is our job to educate and advise, and to serve the community with honor and integrity. This thinking was present when, in 1990, we decided to become a member of the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates. The quality and range of services we gained from the nationwide presence and history of excellence exemplified by The Prudential Insurance Company of America have only proved beneficial to you, our clients and customers.

The "KARES" Definition
Today we are known as Prudential KARES Realty. After your first meeting with one of our agents, you'll know that "KARES" is synonymous with the way we feel about our customers, however, it is also an acronym to our past stemming from King Arthur Real Estate Services.
